I’ve been thinking that we need a “made in Canada” option for fixed wing VTOL RPAS for inspections, surveying, agriculture and wildlife monitoring.

With the new Extended VLOS and BVLOS regulations fast approaching, wouldn’t it be nice if we had some local options for vehicles that can make full use of the new privileges for Advanced and the new Level 1 Complex RPAS pilots that will soon be licensed to fly Canadian skies.

This is my prototype, the “Niska 1” for Extended VLOS. (and yes Niska 2 is already on the drawing board). I was going to wait until I shared this, but this picture is just too good. Consider it a “teaser” for lots more to come.
